AND ARRIVAL TIME IN CONFERENCE HALL
ARRIVAL TIME IN CONFERENCE
HALL
It is highly recommended to arrive in the conference hall
at least 2 hours before the beginning of
teachings/public conference by the Dalai Lama. This will
enable you to have enough time to go through security checking,
reach your seat and, if necessary, take your headphones.
The doors will open as of 7 a.m. Important : It is most important to be
seated at your place before His Holiness the Dalai Lama
enters the conference hall. Whenever the Dalai Lama speaks,
the access to the hall will be momentarily closed
for people who have not reached their place on time.
The access will be open again whenever the Dalai Lama makes
an interruption and his translator speaks.
PROGRAM
SCHEDULES
Please be aware that His Holiness may change the schedules
of the program. Any change shall be clearly announced during
the event. Therefore, the organizers reserve to themselves
full liberty to modify the program schedules if necessary.
