ALLOCATION OF THE SEATS
Attention: once a seat number has been allotted it will not be possible to change it. For people wishing to sit together in the hall, it is thus necessary to make a group booking.

PURCHASE OF TICKETS ON THE SPOT
If seats are still available at the beginning of the event, these will be sold at Mallay, on the day of the event.

LOSS OF TICKETS
Lost tickets unfortunately cannot be replaced. We therefore ask you to preserve them carefully and in particular to protect them from the rain.

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of H.H. the Dalai Lama’s visit for reasons beyond organizer’ control, the price of the tickets will be entirely paid back.
